As
an architect, I consider it imperative that the contractor and I work creatively
together as a team to realize my vision for the building. This requires
flexibility,
imagination and skill on the part of the Contractor - qualities which Chase
Construction possesses to an unusually high degree.
In
my experience, Chase Construction is always cooperative and receptive
to
new ideas. Their work is consistently of the highest quality, and their
efforts
made a pleasant experience out of what is often a painful process.
I
have completed two projects with Chase Construction and am completely
satisfied with the results. They will be the first people I contact for
the next one.

Rare is it,
that one can have fun building a new house
but I certainly did.
The key I found, is working with someone who knows quality and how to
produce it, and has an eye for good value. Unlike the experience I've
had
in working with others remodeling previous homes, the only surprise you
get with Chase Construction is how much better than expected the project
turns out.

The
complete rehabilitation and renovation of an 1850's farmhouse poses
many challenges, both apparent and unforeseen. Working with Chase
Construction made a potentially difficult project an enjoyable, exciting,
and relatively problem-free experience.
As an architect,
I have worked with many contractors; few have matched
the level of craftsmanship, pride in work, attention to budgetary concerns,
responsiveness, patience, fairness and honesty that I found in Barry Chase
and his crew.
